from the website: Apply in short, upward strokes to fluff and shape brows into place. Clear shows up white upon application, but becomes transparent as you comb it in (just like hair pomade would).
THOUGHTS
This has been raved by a lot of beauty gurus. I was also looking for a good brow gel mascara that I can easily use without having to put on a brow pencil or brow powder. I don't want this to be the last step, I want it to be the only step. I achieve this eyebrow look for my everyday makeup/no makeup makeup look. I want my brows to look natural. I'm after the clean and groomed brows and not the instagram and stamped brows. Having a very gappy and thin brows, I was really expecting this product to deliver. I really have high expectations for this. Considering the reviews, I bought this.
This has no smell. There's just a little hint of a decent ink smell (can you imagine? 😂😂😂) and I say decent because it's not really foul and it's a barely there scent you won't even notice. It has a wet creamy consistency. They say it's a creamy wax but I don't find it to be waxy.

I also got the brown shade because like I mentioned earlier, I want a natural brows. I feel like it will look harsh if I got the black shade. Maybe it's just me but whenever I buy a brow product, I really get a shade lighter than my hair color to achieve a natural eyebrow look.

Like I mentioned earlier, I was expecting a lot about this product. And I have to say that I was not that impressed. I was expecting that this will "wow" me but it did not. It's not a bad product but it's not great. When I first use this, I was surprised that it's wet. I mean it doesn't dry down fast. Maybe I'm just used to my other brow products that dries down fast but this does not. I was also surprised that it's not that pigmented. Maybe they just want to keep their promise of a "soft look" with this product. But I have tried other brow products with a lighter shade that shows the pigment and creates a soft look.
Also, I need a spoolie to fix my brow hair after I applied this. It's messy 😣 I don't want to do this but I kept on comparing this to other brow products that will just do the job that fast. Others blame the wand but I blame the consistency. Speaking of wand, I think the wand is good for those who have thin brows but not gappy. You will just have more control. I think the wand is good with other brow products, sorry. But if you have thick brows, you may need to re-apply more and I would suggest a bigger wand than this. Did I mention the weight? It's 0.11 oz only. I find this a bit pricey considering the weight. It's really small! Anyway, these are the pictures of my brows with the product.

It looks messy but I really fixed this, I promise you. I still use a spoolie to fix the mess.

This won't fill my gaps. I need to use another brow product to do the job. That's also what I kept on doing since I used this. I thought this will lessen my brow routine but it just added more steps.
To be fair, they kept their word when they said that this doesn't stiffen nor flake. This also lasted the whole day on top of the brow powder that I used. Did I tell you that I live in a humid country? And did I mention that it is summer?
Again, this is not bad but not great.
