PACKAGING

Comes in a squeezy tube. The packaging is different from the sephora ph website because this was purchased at sephora dubai and I think the repackaged mattifying moisturizer is not available in Asia.

DIRECTIONS

Apply morning and evening to face and neck, either by itself or after your serum.

THOUGHTS

     Caudalie is one of my favorite french skincare brands. I've been using this moisturizer for years and I'm so in love with this! When I heard last April 21, 2017 that this was launched in Sephora Ph, I immediately messaged and thanked them. I was overjoyed!

     This has fragrance. I love the smell! It smells of floral, citrus and a hint of powder. The consistency is a light cream that dries down matte. One of the reasons why I love this is because it dries down fast and lived up to its promise: MATTE. It's not sticky once you apply it on the skin.

     I kept on mentioning this to my blogs but I feel like I need to remind everyone that I have combination, acne-prone and sensitive skin. My skin is so reactive that I have to be careful on what I purchase for my skin. I have to admit that I was scared to try this at first because I was afraid it would break me out. It turns out that this moisturizer (and brand) is very gentle on the skin. My skin didn't react to this at all. I usually get itchy or burning sensation then acne afterwards when I first try out new products. But this took care of my skin 💓💗💖 (and still is)

     I use a decent amount of this. I love that this moisturizes the dry areas of my face and mattifies the center of my face. This also takes care of my dry patches when I'm on my period (that's the only time I get dry patches so I have to share it 😁). I use this at morning only because I use a different moisturizer at night. Also, this sits well with my foundation/makeup.

     My issue with this is it doesn't control nor mattify the center of my face when I sometimes get too oily (especially during summer). But I'm not mad at it. It says it's for combination skin and it delivers well on my combination skin without breaking me out. If this is still not available in the Philippines then it's probably my next issue. I used to ask someone to get me this so I'm really glad that it's on Sephora ph now 😄💘 As for the price, some may find it a bit pricey but I beg to disagree. I think it is reasonable considering its promise.

YES! I actually have many times. Again, I've been using this for years and I will continue to use it.
