notes
I've been looking for a clarifying shampoo in the market for my hair. I always use anti-dandruff shampoo or I'll get the worse dandruff of my life. But anti-dandruff shampoos are extremely drying on me. Imagine a drying shampoo on a dry hair 💣 get the picture? The conditioners are not much of a help even though I'm using a good one.
So when I spotted this in the supermarket, I immediately grabbed this. I thought this will address the issue without drying out my hair. I was excited!
This smells fresh and citrusy. The consistency is a bit thick and sticky. It appears to be blue but on my palm looks transparent.
I love that my ends are not dry while using this. I also like that this is affordable.
But sadly, this made my roots oilier. I also got dandruff from using this, though it wasn't the worse, this made my scalp really itchy. I don't know if it was the weather (summer) but my scalp felt greasy. I wanted to jump in the shower immediately.
Here are the pictures:

I wasn't able to take pictures right after using the shampoo. This was a few hours after.
close-up picture of the scalp. I hope you'll see the oil.
This may look dry to you but believe me this is so much better compared to me using anti-dandruff shampoo. This, for me, is fine.

See how oily it is? Looks like I haven't washed my hair for days. It didn't translate on the camera how oily my hair was.
Nobody was available to take the picture of my entire hair. At least you have an idea what my ends looked like despite the oil on my scalp.
And after all that, I'd still say that this product has a potential. It's not for me but I really see the potential especially if you don't live in a tropical country.
will I continue using this product?
Maybe in the colder months, I'll give this another try. For now, I'm gonna have to pass.
will I re-purchase this product?
Sadly, no.
will I recommend this product?
Yes
edit: I forgot to mention that this needs to be followed up by a conditioner. After use, it will feel clean but not smooth and soft.

*UPDATE (7/22/2018):
my husband used this religiously and got a dandruff. He doesn't want to use it anymore. Sadly, I won't be using it either.
