notes
This has been raved by my favorite beauty gurus. Even though you can't find this product here in the Philippines, I made sure that I'll get my hands on this so called "miracle in a bottle". I bombarded Tupped Boutique and my close friend who was visiting America with messages to get me this. So here's what I think.

I love the smell of this. It smells sweet and nutty with a hint of mint. This reminds me of olive oil because both have the same color and consistency (ooppsss, just a little bit) because this is thicker.

I love that my hair looks healthy when I use this. It doesn't look greasy even though you put on a lot (I accidentally put a lot of this and my hair was fine). They say you don't need a lot for your hair and that a little goes a long way. But you see the picture? That's how much I use on half of my hair and I'll pour that much again for the rest. I have thin, fine, dry but oily roots and super frizzy hair. It is stubborn too. I don't know if it's my hair because I don't get treatments anymore or the weather here but I really need a lot for this to work. And this is good compared to drugstore oils (it should be considering the price!). It will tame the frizz for a short time.

So.. Here's the thing. I expected a lot from this product. You know it's expensive plus the reviews, my expectation is as high as Mt. Everest 😆. I expected it to do the miracle, to make my hair look perfect. You know, like I had keratin or brazilian blowout treatment, that kind of thing. But. IT. DOESN'T. I meant, it doesn't look that way nor doesn't perform miracle on my stubborn hair. This claims to rescue the driest of dry hair (including those who color their hair). Girl, I have dry hair but it will just give a healthy looking hair for a short time. I am confident that this won't rescue dry hair. If you have dry hair due to hair color, go cut it. Don't waste your money here. This also claims to promote hair growth. Uhm.. No. Sorry. When I gave birth to my youngest daughter, I thought that this is the answer to my hair loss. NO. I'd rather use aloe vera, it's cheaper too.

You know, I really did my best to make this product work like what it says on the reviews. First, I put it on a damp hair then air dry it. NOTHING. The next day, I put it on damp hair then blowdry it. Yes, it gave a bit of shine but any good  conditioner can do it too. Pantene conditioner can do better than the shine this oil gave me. The next time, I put it on dry hair and let it air dry. Here's what it looks:

                                                BEFORE (10:05 AM)

                                                 AFTER (10:07 AM)

                                              CHECK-IN (7:48 PM)

See what I mean? I also did the thing where you blowdry your hair then put this product and here it is:

                                                 BEFORE (11:36 AM)

                                                 AFTER (11:39 AM)

                                                 CHECK-IN (7:26 PM)

Okay, I know it doesn't look like I blow dried my hair but I was in a hurry because I'm late for this event so I thought "this will do". My mistake ✌. But do you get my point? Do you see my hair on check-ins? Hours after I put this argan oil? Yes, it smooths my hair. Yes, it tamed my frizz for a short time. Yes, it gave shine for a short time. Only for a SHORT time. Your conditioner can do that too. Maybe it's not good for this weather? Or maybe I'm just making an excuse so I can justify the price? 😅 I don't know.

If you will try this product then use it once your hair is dry. It is more effective that way.

will i recommend this?
